Job Description
Summary Through an advanced integrated approach to minimize or eliminate patient's pain, Peak Performance Physical Therapy works to restore mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. Our priority is our patients, and we believe that when you have your health, anything is possible. Our physical therapists work with patients to focus, educate, and develop customized treatment programs and plans that allow our patients to take charge of their own health. Our physical therapists utilize sophisticated diagnostic methods, such as movement investigation and gait analysis, to help determine what will most efficiently and effectively benefit each individual patient. Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently. Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs. Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff. Qualifications Current Michigan Physical Therapist License - New Grads Welcome! Experience in manual therapy. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for patient-centered care and commitment to continuous learning. Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, and strength training.Job Type:
