Physical Therapist:
Typical caseload is one-to-one home visits across Kalamazoo and nearby communities (Portage, Oshtemo, Comstock, and surrounding towns) Evaluate, treat, and progress patients after joint replacement, illness, fall, stroke, or deconditioning Build the plan of care with nursing, OT, and SLP Educate the patient and family so the plan actually gets done between visits Document in the EMR the same day You are not double-booked. You are not stuck in a gym bay. You do need a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
