Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical condition and develop personalized rehabilitation plans to meet their unique needs Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques, exercises, and self-care strategies Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Bachelor's/ Master's/Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
