Job Description
- 10-12 patients a day. Notes done before you leave. Traverse City, Michigan.
- If those three things sound like fiction, keep reading. Superior Physical Therapy is the highest-rated outpatient clinic in northern Michigan. We're privately owned, debt-free, and we hire PTs who got into this profession to actually treat people — not chase RVUs until 9 pm.
- What the job actually looks like:
- 10-12 patients per day. Hard cap. Never double-booked.
- 40-60 minute 1-on-1 visits. You build the plan of care, not an algorithm.
- AI scribe + our template system = most of our team finishes notes in under 4 minutes per patient, inside the clinic.
- No nights. No weekends. No call. No holidays.
- 3 weeks PTO year one. We want you to use it.
- What you'll actually earn:
- $75,000
- 90,000 base depending on experience
- Profit share averaged $12K
- 22K extra last year across our team

- CEU budget that covers what you actually want to take (including Gray Institute / AFS track if that's your thing)
- Weekly mentorship from owners who still treat patients

- We're not owned by private equity. We're not a hospital system. We're a clinic owned by two clinicians who refuse to run it the way corporate PT runs it. Low volume + high reimbursement + lean overhead = we pay top-quartile in Michigan without burning anyone out.
