CONTINGENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST FOR IN-HOME CARE
Rehab Pathways Group has been providing support services to those with traumatic brain injuries, the aging population, and those with special needs for over 30 years. The services we provide include in-home physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, recreational therapy and companion care. We are seeking a contingent Physical Therapist to join our team! The services we provide include comprehensive functional mobility evaluations, individual-based treatment planning and implementation, community barrier management and reintegration, equipment evaluations and training and caregiver education and training. Requirements for this position include possessing a Physical Therapy degree from accredited institution with a valid license to practice in the state of Michigan. Applicant must have experience treating traumatic brain injury patients, also pass a background check and drug screen and possess a valid Michigan driver's license and auto insurance.
