Your responsibilities will include:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for long-term success Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team Stay current with advances in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit What We're Looking For We're looking for a clinician who combines strong clinical skills with genuine compassion for patients. You'll be a great fit if you have: A strong passion for providing high-quality physical therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and functional activities Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail Excellent documentation skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting A positive, team-oriented attitude and a desire to continue learning and growing
Education & Experience Minimum:
Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) strongly preferred Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Michigan Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience Why Pilot Physical Therapy?
