Your responsibilities will include:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and clinical needs Provide high-quality physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies for long-term success Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team Stay current with advances in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit What We're Looking For We're looking for a clinician who combines strong clinical skills with genuine compassion for patients. Education & Experience Minimum:

Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) strongly preferred Current license to practice physical therapy in the State of Michigan Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience Why Pilot Physical Therapy?
