Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team as a
PART-TIME
employee covering 3 days per week, one being a weekend day of choice. At Danto, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing individualized rehabilitation services to help our patients achieve their maximum potential. Most of our patients return home to the community. Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop effective treatment plans Implement and modify physical therapy interventions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities, to meet patient goals Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and effective collaboration Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Michigan Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Annual Raises 401k Flexible work schedule Join our team and take the first step towards making a difference in the lives of our patients!
