FTE Hours/Schedule:
This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings:
This position will primarily be working in SNF/LTC, OP, and HH. This position could also have the opportunity for leadership. About our

Requirements:
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
