Job Description
Job Summary Casual Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based interventions. This role collaborates with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe recovery, maximize independence, and help patients achieve their functional goals. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services across a variety of patient populations while maintaining standards of practice and ethical conduct established by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Minnesota Department of Health, and other applicable regulatory and governing bodies. Requirements Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Minnesota Physical Therapy license. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, providers, and staff at all levels. Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient rehabilitation is preferred. Wage Depending on your work experience, you could earn a wage from $39.77 to $57.67 per hour.
