Job Description:
In Motion Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to patients of all ages, including evaluation and assessment, treatment, education, and consultation. This role requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and their families about conditions and treatments. Provide advanced treatment techniques to improve patients' abilities to their highest feasible level. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, pelvic health, and/or dry needling. 2-3 years of experience.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited college program of physical therapy as established by the American Physical Therapy Association. Current MN physical therapy license or the ability to obtain one upon job offer/acceptance.
