Physical Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain function Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care practices Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for patients Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications and Skills:
