Company DescriptionOSR Physical Therapy is a local physical therapist-owned private practice, established in 2005 with six locations in the SW Metro. We provide a wide variety of out-patient physical therapy services including sports and orthopedics, vestibular/concussion, pelvic health, pediatrics, athletic training outreach services, wellness plans, etc.

As a vital member of our rehabilitation services, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy care while working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansImplement evidence-based physical therapy interventions and monitor patient progressDocument patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes with attention to detailSupervise and coordinate care delivered by physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation techniciansEstablish measurable treatment goals and adjust plans based on patient progressProvide patient and caregiver education regarding treatment plans and home exercise programsCollaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare providersMaintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with healthcare standardsUtilize rehabilitation equipment and techniques effectivelyParticipate in regular team meetings and care coordination discussionsQualificationsGraduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy programCurrent Minnesota state physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain oneValid CPR certificationStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principlesExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsProven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plansStrong documentation and electronic health record skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication abilitiesPhysical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobilityProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a healthcare teamCommitment to continuing education and professional developmentExperience with diverse patient populations preferredNew graduates are welcome to applyAdditional InformationThe salary range begins at $72,000 and increases based on relevant experience. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan
