Position Summary:
This position is 60% Neck & Back, 40% general ortho , which focuses on providing care for adolescent to geriatric patients with spinal pain. At the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program, we foster talent, initiative, teamwork, and efficiency. Our primary goal is to contribute to minimizing healthcare costs while maximizing patient outcomes. Unlike many other facilities that treat spinal pain, the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program offers a unique approach. We collaborate with patients to develop personalized physical therapy programs tailored to their individual needs, with a specific focus on enhancing spinal fitness and overall function. While orthopedic experience is preferred, we also provide a comprehensive four-week in-house training program for candidates without prior experience. This training ensures that you will acquire the necessary skills to provide exceptional care and improve the lives of our patients with neck and back pain. Work Schedule:
1.00 FTE, M-F, 5-8's: two closing shifts (7p), no weekend expectation. 60% Neck & Back, 40% general ortho
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed with the
Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy Preferred Qualifications:
Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting. Recommend membership in related professional organization. Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise. Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
