Monticello, MN Are you a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) looking for a rewarding opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility? We are actively hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Monticello, Minnesota. New graduates are welcome to apply! Mandatory Requirements to Apply Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Minnesota Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills New graduates are encouraged to apply Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based physical therapy services in an SNF setting. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
