Qualifications Physical Therapy License Full Job Description Role:
Provides physical therapy evaluations, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions to patients. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, communicates professionally, supervises support staff, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
Manages a full patient caseload, handles documentation, billing, and scheduling, and participates in discharge planning. May serve as a clinical instructor and contribute to departmental committees or initiatives. Works flexibly across departments based on patient needs.
Qualifications:
Holds a current license in the practicing state and a degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate). Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to ongoing education.
Skills:
Strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and adherence to ethical standards. Ability to coordinate with healthcare teams and support high-quality patient care.
Additional Info:
