Physical Therapist- Casual

Overview:

The Physical Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents' evaluations, ongoing assessments, and the planning and implementation of therapy interventions.

Responsibilities:

Develops and revises plan of care based on the residents' needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents' discharge and anticipates for long term and/or short term residents' needs. Educates other health care team members, residents, family, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Required Current state licensure in Physical Therapy, in good standing. Bachelor's degree.

Additional Information:

Madonna Towers is looking for a casual physical therapist to assist with Saturday treatments (typically a half day with flexible hours) and/or needs during the week. $1000 bonus after 1 year if they work 1 Saturday a month consistently for that entire year. #BHSMadonnatowers
