JOB DESCRIPTION
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Casual position: Variable, 6:45 am - 7:30 pm Monday-Friday, Weekend rotation
Minimum Hour Requirements:
12 hours per month minimum — or 144 hours per year
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Doctorate, master's, or bachelor's degree in physical therapy
Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:
Licensed with the
Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy Preferred Qualifications:
Recommend experience as a Physical Therapist preferably in a medical setting. Recommend membership in related professional organization. Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise. Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.
