Responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and injury prevention Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on coordinated care plans Document assessments, goals, and progress notes accurately in the EMR system Reassess patients and adjust treatment plans based on clinical progress and functional outcomes Provide patient-centered care that reflects integrity, compassion, and respect Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome measurement activities Supervise and mentor support staff or students as assigned Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and advance clinical skills Required Skills Orthopedic assessment and treatment Neuromuscular rehabilitation Manual therapy techniques Therapeutic exercise prescription Gait training and balance rehabilitation Post-surgical rehabilitation protocols Use of modalities (e.g., e-stim, ultrasound, heat/cold) Functional movement and biomechanical analysis Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation Patient and family education
