Physical Therapist (PT) - Springfield, MN Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT ) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients at St. John's Circle of Care in Springfield, MN. This role focuses on evaluating and treating adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist is responsible for patient assessments, care plan development, and implementation of treatment programs designed to improve gait, balance, mobility, strength, range of motion, pain management, and overall functional independence.
