Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain movement and manage pain.C.O.R.A.MED
is an integrated medical clinic specializing in Orthopedic and Spine treatments, specifically regenerative medicine, spinal decompression, and physical therapy. Very unique in our setting as we have medical and therapy in the same building, working hand in hand. We break the mold of traditional physical therapy as we are one on one with patient's, giving them our undivided attention (No more 2-3 patients at a time). We blend traditional PT of strengthening, mobility techniques with unique hands-on manual therapy and trigger point therapy. Our clinic also offers orthopedic and spine joint/pain injections, Class IV lasers, hormone and vitamin optimization, and medical weight loss. We are focused on complete body healing and wellness.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and perform physical examinations
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Manage decompression tables.
Experience:
- Prefer Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experienced in manual techniques is highly desirable
- Familiarity with trigger point therapy techniques
- Prefer experience with pelvic floor therapy or willing to become certified.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Requirements:
- Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Position:
Open to part-time or full-time position. Position will be shared between our Lebanon and Springfield locations as needed.Benefits:
