Carr Physical Therapy & Sport Performance Carr Physical Therapy & Sport Performance is looking for a bright, motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our privately owned outpatient practice in Springfield, Missouri. For more than 18 years, our focus has been simple: provide exceptional care while creating a kind, hopeful, motivating and joyful environment where people can heal, improve and return to doing what they love. Our patient population is diverse and keeps clinical practice interesting. We work with orthopedic and neurological conditions, athletes returning to sport, occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work patients, as well as auto and personal injury patients. Treatment incorporates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities and individualized rehabilitation, along with a variety of functional screens, tests and evaluations.
