This role primarily supports students within the educational setting, providing therapeutic interventions to enhance their physical abilities and promote their success in school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional skills. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly. Document therapy sessions and progress reports accurately and in a timely manner. Attend team meetings and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as required.
