Job description:
Physical Therapist- Montana Overview:
Salary is based on years of experience. Up to $20K Sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance. We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a perm staff position in MT. This role involves providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients to build and maintain a rehab center of excellence. Normal patient care environment in a long-term care, acute care, clinic setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, compassionate, and motivated to support patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and enhancing quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education to help patients achieve functional goals. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Document patient progress, treatment adjustments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Adapt to new environments, teams, and patient populations quickly and effectively. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques, home exercises, and preventive strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and innovations in physical therapy.
Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in physical therapy in MT. Prior clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse healthcare settings.
Job Type:
Permanent Facility may be able to assist with temporary housing at a reduced rate until employee finds perm housing with the relocation assistance provided (temp housing would be for employee only - no family or pets) Join us in an area that is an outside recreational person's dream paradise come true, with opportunities of hiking, camping, fishing etc. The community is a small tourist destination for a person looking for the outdoors but also raising a family as the community is very tight, close with each other.
Pay:
$45.25 - $60.38 per hour
