We provide pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. All of our pediatric therapists are trained in different specialties, including myofunctional therapy, feeding therapy/lactation, pelvic floor therapy, and reflex integration. We also offer full pelvic health services for women, men and children in our pelvic health clinic which is located next door to our pediatric clinic. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Billings, Montana, and we are looking for someone who is: Passionate about pediatrics and early intervention Skilled in building trust with children and caregivers Confident in communication and caregiver coaching Motivated to grow clinically and contribute to a positive team culture Organized and able to manage a caseload with professionalism and compassion A team player who values collaboration and community impact This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to work in a supportive, high-quality outpatient pediatric environment where relationships, clinical excellence, and family-centered care come first.Your responsibilities will include:
Perform thorough pediatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Treat a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, torticollis, toe walking, hypotonia, gross motor delays, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and coordination deficits Provide skilled interventions focused on movement quality, strength, balance, coordination, functional mobility, and participation in age-appropriate activities Collaborate closely with caregivers and provide meaningful parent education and home programming Track progress through measurable outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates Work alongside OT and SLP team members in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Contribute to a clinic culture that is encouraging, high-energy, and deeply family-centered Participate in professional development opportunities and continuing education Patient population ranges from 0 to 18 years old, serviced by a staff of 5 in a 2800 sq ft facility including a gym.
