Our practice values teamwork, professional growth, and community connection. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Butte. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Physical Therapy techniques and a passion for patient care. This role involves implementing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and supporting patients the outpatient setting. Duties Developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility. Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment accurately within medical records. Support discharge planning by educating patients on exercises and self-care strategies to maintain progress post-treatment. Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to all safety protocols and infection control standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with Physical Therapy techniques and industry best practices. Skills Proficiency in trigger point therapy, Physical Therapy techniques, and modalities for pain relief and mobility enhancement. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to Physical Therapy. Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and patients recovering from acute or chronic conditions. Familiarity with care planning, discharge procedures, and documentation requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration. Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs within various clinical environments. Prior clinic experience in outpatient physical therapy is highly desirable.
