Job Description

A licensed physical therapist is needed for an outpatient balance and orthopedic private practice in Florence and Missoula, Montana. Element Physical Therapy specializes in vestibular, balance, vertigo/dizziness, post-concussion, and orthopedic cases. We are internationally known for having state-of-the-art equipment such as the Upright VR Goggles, MediTouch 4D BalanceTutor treadmill, Neurocom, and more! Element Physical Therapy seeks a fun, team-oriented full-time or part-time physical therapist who loves to learn. Dry needling certification is welcome. You will receive on-the-job training and job shadowing as needed. Join our fun team! Work Location(s): Missoula, MT Florence, MT Work Remotely No Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans. Implement and monitor physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility and function. Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and home care strategies. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective discharge planning. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards. Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and practices.
