Location:
Chapel Hill/Hillsborough, NC (mobile therapy) Are you a physical therapist who feels like you're just "checking boxes" in a high-volume clinic? Do you love seeing your patient's diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease, vertigo, or stroke thrive, but hate that insurance cuts them off just as they are making progress? Welcome to Neuro Nation PT & Wellness. We are an expanding therapist-owned, specialized in-home PT and OT (mobile) practice. We don't do "standard home health." We provide elite, 1:1 outpatient-style care in the patient's home and long-term wellness programs that keep them independent for life.

We operate under Medicare Part B (Outpatient). No 2-hour start-of-care forms. True 1:1
Care:
You have a full 60+ minutes with every patient. No double-booking.
Autonomy & Flexibility:
You manage your own schedule. No more "clocking in" at a gym.

Salary Range:
$55.00 - $70.00 per visit. Based on experience and certifications.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide high-intensity, evidence-based neurologic rehab for adults (PD, Stroke, MS, TBI, SCI, etc.). Conduct home safety assessments and caregiver training.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for Neuro/ geriatrics: You must love this population. Vertigo knowledge, NCS, LSVT BIG, or PWR!Moves certifications are a huge plus, but not required.
NC PT License:
Active and in good standing.
