Job Description

This Is Not Your Average PT Clinic. We're performance-driven, evidence-informed, and built around high-value care. Alpha was built for clinicians who hold themselves to a higher standard. We're growing — and we're looking for the right people to grow with us. About Alpha OsteopracticWe Practice Differently. We Hire Accordingly. Alpha Osteopractic is a premium, cash-based performance medicine practice. We operate around 1-on-1, 60-minute sessions and an osteopractic approach that goes far beyond symptom management — addressing root-cause problems, changing long-term trajectories, and equipping patients to stay better for life. Our founder is a clinician who gets genuinely energized by a good research paper, a continuing education course, or a conversation with another curious practitioner. Teaching, mentoring, and growing are not obligations here — they are core to how we operate. If you've ever described yourself the same way, keep reading. Our team is built on six core values: Perpetual Improvement — We are always refining our clinical skills, our systems, and our thinking Extreme Ownership — We take full responsibility for outcomes, communication, and experience Education & Empowerment — We believe deeply informed patients — and practitioners — achieve better results Adaptability — We meet every patient where they are, with individualized care that fits their life Dependability — Patients and teammates can count on us, without question Support — Every person who walks through our doors — and every person on our team — feels seen, heard, and guided We are looking for clinicians and specialists who don't just share these values — who are already living them. How We PracticeOur Approach to Care — And Why It Matters for Who We Hire Every clinician at Alpha operates within a framework built on three non-negotiables: 1. Find the Real Reason — Not Just the Location of the Problem We start with a thorough evaluation designed to uncover why a problem exists, not just where it shows up. Movement patterns, load tolerance, training history, lifestyle — nothing important is missed. This is the foundation of everything, and it requires genuine clinical curiosity. 2. Change the Trajectory, Not Just the Symptoms Temporary relief is easy. Lasting change is intentional. Every session is purposeful, every intervention has a reason, and nothing is protocol-driven or rushed. We take extreme ownership of outcomes — and so does every person on our team. 3. Equip Patients to Stay Better for the Long Term Our goal is not to keep patients coming forever. It is to teach them how to stay well. Education is central to how we practice, and that same philosophy applies to how we develop our team. If a service, provider, or approach doesn't respect time, solve root problems, change long-term outcomes, or empower independence — it doesn't belong at Alpha Osteopractic. Who Thrives HereThe Right Fit Looks Like This You are the clinician who reads the research because you genuinely want to — not because you have to. You leave a continuing education course or conference energized, not drained. You ask why before you ask what. You take ownership of outcomes and don't look for external reasons when something isn't working. You believe that an educated patient is a better patient, and you invest in that every session. You want a mentor, a team, and an environment that pushes you to keep growing — not a job where you clock in, treat your caseload, and clock out. If you read that and felt recognized, Alpha Osteopractic may be exactly where you belong. This role is probably not the right fit if you: Prefer a high-volume, protocol-driven treatment model Are primarily motivated by predictability over growth Are looking for a passive rehab environment Want a role without clinical autonomy or responsibility for outcomes There is nothing wrong with those preferences — but they are not Alpha.
