Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting their growth and development as an on-site Physical Therapist in a dynamic educational environment near High Point, NC. This full-time, school-based contract is designed for dedicated professionals passionate about making a lasting impact on children's physical wellbeing in a collaborative atmosphere. As the school year unfolds from August 17, 2026, to June 4, 2027, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a team of educators and specialists, using your expertise to help students reach their highest potential. Your knowledge and compassionate care will play a vital role in fostering a supportive and inclusive academic setting.
Desired Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Physical Therapy License (must be verified prior to placement) Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is advantageous Familiarity with ECATS and Infinite Campus systems preferred Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to providing in-person services throughout the contract period
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs for students in accordance with IEP goals Assess, document, and monitor student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines Actively participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights If you're eager to inspire positive change for students and contribute your talents to a welcoming, child-centered school, this role is an excellent opportunity to shine.
