Physical Therapist

That's not what we do here. The Performance Doc is an outpatient sports ortho clinic in Huntersville, NC. We keep our caseloads manageable — 10 to 12 patients per day — our care built around criteria, not a calendar. Our patients know their PT, trust their PT, and actually get better. That's the standard. It's not complicated, we just actually follow through on it. We're hiring a Physical Therapist and we built this role a little differently. We're hiring a Physical Therapist who is passionate about sports and orthopedics and wants to work somewhere that actually lets them do their job well.

Outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation 10-12 patients per day — no mill mentality Criteria-based treatment through The PRO Method, our in-house rehab framework Real mentorship and structured clinical development A path forward — whether that's growing into a leadership role, developing a specialty, or eventually branching out on your own Full-time, flexible scheduling available $70,000-$90,000 Continuing education support Who we're looking for: DPT, licensed in NC or eligible 1-3 years out preferred — strong new grads welcome Genuine passion for sports and ortho Someone who cares about being good at this, not just getting a paycheck
