Clinical Director / Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time Outpatient Matthews, NC Join Greg Ott Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, a clinician-led and patient-focused organization where leaders are empowered to make a lasting impact on both patients and clinical teams. As a Clinical Director, you'll have the opportunity to continue treating patients while also helping guide clinic operations, support team development, and foster a positive, patient-centered environment. In this role, you'll join a respected outpatient team dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our clinic serves a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals recovering from injury, and those experiencing musculoskeletal, balance, and mobility-related conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist who enjoys both patient care and leadership and is ready to take the next step in their career.
Your Role:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care. Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Provide leadership and support for day-to-day clinic operations. Foster a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care. Mentor, coach, and support clinical staff in their professional development. Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to drive outstanding patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and clinic activity. Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time. Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians. Promote patient satisfaction, community engagement, and clinic growth initiatives. Requirements Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Previous leadership, supervisory, or Clinical Director experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Passion for mentorship, team development, and clinical excellence.
