Situated on the peninsula between Newport River and Bogue Sound, our 92-bed facility offers assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care services. Join our in-house Therapy team offering competitive compensation and flexible scheduling! We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, evaluate and implement treatment plans, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Skills
• Strong physiology and anatomy knowledge
• Experience in pediatric, outpatient, inpatient, and geriatric settings
• Proficiency in trigger point therapy techniques
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Ability to provide patient care with compassion and empathy
