Physical Therapist, Outpatient Orthopedic Paragon Physical Therapy | Pinehurst, North Carolina Full-time | Monday through Friday | $80,000 to $95,000 plus $10,000 sign-on The role Paragon Physical Therapy is a clinician-owned outpatient orthopedic practice hiring a full-time PT. One patient at a time, every session, for the entire session. Time built in for evaluation, hands-on treatment, and clinical reasoning. No double-booking, no productivity quotas, no aides running the floor between you and your patients. If you left a high-volume setting because the model was wearing you down, or if you're a new graduate who wants to build your practice inside a model that actually respects clinical thinking, this role was designed for you. What you'll practice The caseload is orthopedic-forward and clinically varied: adults across the lifespan, post-surgical rehab, competitive golfers (we're a TPI-certified practice), athletes, active military families, and patients who travel to Pinehurst for specialty outpatient care. Your treatment approach draws on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education as the foundation, with the time and support to implement advanced techniques as clinically appropriate. Patients here are motivated, expectations are high, and you'll have the time to actually deliver on them. Growth and mentorship The owner treats patients in this clinic every day, so mentorship isn't a job-post promise. The clinical space is largely open floor rather than isolated treatment rooms, so questions and clinical reasoning happen collaboratively in real time. New graduates and early-career PTs receive structured onboarding, direct case discussion, and CE support tied to fellowship-track and specialty coursework. Experienced clinicians get autonomy and a stable place to build depth in the techniques they've invested in.
