Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys across diverse settings. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. Your proactive approach will ensure patients receive compassionate, evidence-based physiotherapy services tailored to their unique needs. Whether working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, or home health environments, you'll be a key driver in helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine physical therapy needs across inpatient, outpatient, pediatric, geriatric, and community settings. Develop and execute individualized care plans utilizing physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics-focused interventions. Deliver hands-on therapy sessions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function while educating patients on self-care strategies. Coordinate discharge planning to ensure seamless transitions from hospital to home or community care environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes and ensure adherence to medical terminology and physiology principles. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems efficiently for documentation of treatment progress and care plans. Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices, including specialized areas like pediatrics and geriatrics, to provide top-tier patient care. Experience Proven experience working in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments with a focus on patient care delivery. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to accurately assess conditions and tailor treatment approaches. Hands-on experience with discharge planning, acute care procedures, and developing comprehensive care plans. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and treatment tracking. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced healthcare environments. Experience in specialized areas such as orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, or sports medicine is highly desirable. $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
