Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. In this full-time role, you'll help patients restore mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life through individualized treatment plans in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and safety standards. Promote positive patient outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Current and active North Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical decision-making skills. Outpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred.
