Day Shift Make a Difference in Outpatient Rehabilitation Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team. Position Summary As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. You'll work alongside physicians and rehabilitation professionals to provide high-quality, evidence-based care while helping patients achieve their functional goals. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards. QualificationsRequired Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in North Carolina. Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Preferred Previous outpatient physical therapy experience. Experience treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Dry needling, manual therapy, or specialty certifications are a plus. Schedule Full-Time Day Shift Flexible scheduling options may be available.
Pay:
$92,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
