Overview Join a dynamic, cash-based private practice dedicated to transforming patient lives through specialized orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. As a physical therapist at this well respected clinic, you will deliver expert care tailored to each individual's needs, empowering patients to regain strength, function, and confidence. This role offers an environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference in recovery and wellness, combining advanced physical therapy techniques with compassionate patient care. You will work one-on-one with patients and enjoy one hour appointment times. You'll work closely with a team committed to excellence, innovation, and personalized treatment plans that foster lasting results. You will significantly boost your knowledge and expertise with a structured mentorship program provided by a seasoned physical therapist. Duties Assess patients' musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions through comprehensive evaluations, including physiology and anatomy knowledge. Develop and implement customized care plans utilizing evidence-based physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education and exercise prescription. Provide hands-on treatment for orthopedic injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-surgical recovery, outpatient populations. Educate patients on injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and home & community care strategies to support ongoing health. Coordinate with patients to ensure smooth follow-up care, including referrals for specialized services when necessary. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems while adhering to medical terminology standards. Stay current with industry advancements in orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapy to enhance treatment quality. Requirements Valid Physical Therapy license in North Carolina. Demonstrated expertise in orthopedics and pelvic floor therapy Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and care plan development for diverse patient populations. Proficiency with EMR systems for documentation and patient management. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and compassionately. Must demonstrate an eagerness to learn and a genuine openness to adapt to new treatment philosophies, especially those related to whole-body, root-cause healing and the mind-body connection.
