TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Liberty Cares With Compassion At Liberty Home Care we know that following an illness, trauma or surgery, the ability to recover at home can greatly improve patient outcomes. Our healthcare professionals are dedicated to offering recovery with independence to our patients. We are currently seeking an experienced:
TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Full Time (All of NC coverage area, along with parts of SC & VA)
JOB SUMMARY
Provide patient care services. Document patient care. Communicate as necessary with inter-company and intra-company contacts. Education of the LPTA(s) and other clinicians. Accept travel assignments as directed by supervising Clinical Director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum bachelor s degree in physical therapy from an accredited school of physical therapy and current licensure from the state where therapy will be provided. Prefer a minimum of one year s therapeutic experience in a non-home health care environment. Requires a strong knowledge of theory and concepts relating to the practice of physical therapy and the ability to evaluate and treat patients for whom a physician s order exists. Must be CPR certified; possess strong communication and organizational skills. Minimum of twelve hours of continuing education in a twelve-month period.
