5x8s or 4x10s, Days 40 hours Additional Details about the position Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with facility and state guidelines Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and electronic medical record systems

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (varies by assignment) Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills 75% Inpatient, 25% Outpatient has experience with dry needling, but not required Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
