Compensation:
Up to $115,000 annually, depending on experience

This is a strong opportunity for a Physical Therapist who wants to stay clinically involved while also leading a rehab team, supporting department operations, and helping grow therapy services in a community-based hospital environment. Responsibilities include:
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with Physical Therapy standards of practice Lead, supervise, orient, and support therapy staff, students, and volunteers Manage department scheduling, staffing levels, productivity, and service efficiency Build positive relationships with hospital leadership, providers, staff, patients, and families Support quality assurance, compliance, documentation audits, and required reporting Develop therapy programs, treatment protocols, and service growth opportunities Assist with budgeting, supply management, equipment needs, and department performance Promote a positive, service-oriented therapy environment
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in North Dakota Ability to provide direct patient care in a hospital-based therapy setting
Preferred:
