If you're passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and reclaim independence, this role gives you the chance to make a meaningful impact every single day. What You'll Do As a PT, you'll bring care plans to life using evidence-based techniques that improve function and quality of life. In this role, you will: Deliver skilled therapy treatments aligned with established plans of care Progress patients toward mobility and functional goals Collaborate with therapists, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care Assist with patient transitions across service lines Accurately document treatments and complete timely billing/charging Delegate tasks appropriately to rehab techs and support staff Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes What You'll Need Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program Active PT license in Nebraska (or compact state) BLS certification (AHA required) 2+ years of experience in SNF, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred What Does Hillcrest Offer?
