1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a primarily outpatient hospital-based role, requiring 2+ years of experience and an active NH PT license. Details Primarily outpatient setting with floating to inpatient as needed within a 25-mile radius between facilities Patient population includes ortho, neuro, general deconditioning, balance deficits, and pain management cases Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Uses
EPIC EMR
system Requirements Active NH Physical Therapist license required (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of start date Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist program required Prior experience in outpatient or inpatient Physical Therapy settings preferred
EPIC EMR
experience preferred Driver's License required for consideration 2 professional references required Additional Information Performs physical therapy evaluations, develops treatment plans, and carries out treatments to restore function and relieve pain Provides care in accordance with standards established by the American Physical Therapy Association Professional dress code required for outpatient PT staff; closed-toe and closed-side shoes required; jeans and open-toed shoes not permitted Any scrub color is acceptable RTO should be minimal, with 3-4 days considered reasonable for a 13-week contract at manager's discretion Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and not eligible for renewals or extensions Candidates who have worked at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months must disclose this information
