Typical Patient Day/Load/Ratio:

/bbWe perform 45 minute evaluations and treatment sessions 30 to 45 minutes as appropriate based on diagnosis. We only treat one patient at a time. Typical 2 to 3 evaluations a day and then rest of day treatments ( 2 evaluations plus 11 treatment (30 minutes in length)/bpb/b/pbrspanCheshire Medical Center offers a broad range of therapies for all ages and abilities. Your intake conversation or direct referral will help us place you with the best therapist to meet your individual needs.brbr/spanAn Oncology Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients with cancer-related impairments, such as pain, fatigue, lymphedema, and functional limitations, to improve quality of life and mobility. They create individualized, evidence-based exercise programs, provide patient education, and coordinate care with oncologists. Responsibilities include managing musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular needs across the cancer continuum—from diagnosis to rehabilitation, survivorship, and palliative care.spanbrbr/spanPhysical therapy helps build strength, regain mobility, and improve balance. It can also strengthen your body, reduce pain, and prevent future injury.

You may need it to:
