Job Description

. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients physical condition, movement limitations, pain levels, and functional deficits.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and functional ability.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and neuromuscular re-education.
  • Treat patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust interventions, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
  • Document evaluations, daily treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
  • Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy aides.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Discharge patients with individualized maintenance and self-management plans to support long-term recovery.
