Job Description

Physical Therapist (Willing to train) •Orthopedics and Sports Medicine •Open to Contract or Perm candidates Highlights Full-Time / Permanent Position 11-12 patients/day (up to 14-15 for high performers) Performance bonus up to $800/month Experienced PT team 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts No weekends, nights, or holidays Manual therapy training This is a high-performance, athlete-focused caseload including high school and college athletes, endurance athletes, post-operative shoulder, hip, and knee patients, and active adults returning to sport. Why This PT Role Stands Out Manageable caseload with PTA support. A dedicated PTA handles setup, modalities, and exercise progressions, keeping your time focused on clinical care. Minimum 11-12 patients per day, with the opportunity to see 14-15 for those who want to earn more. Protected treatment time. 45-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments, with aide support built into every shift. No more than 4 evals scheduled per day. If that ever changes, an additional paperwork window is built in automatically. You control your schedule. Therapists have direct input on their own schedules. If a specific patient needs a longer slot, you call it. The practice builds around your clinical judgment, not the other way around. Performance bonus with no downside. A monthly bonus structure based on visit volume and charges ranges from $100 to $800 per month. There is no penalty for staying at baseline. It's a carrot, not a stick. Orthopedic surgeon collaboration. Direct access to board-certified orthopedic and sports medicine physicians on complex post-operative cases. Mentorship-rich environment. The practice actively backs advanced training in manual therapy, dry needling, Graston Technique, and OCS certification. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
