Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care. Provide tailored home exercise programs to support recovery between sessions. Maintain accurate, timely patient records—assessments, treatments, progress notes, and any changes in condition. Uphold ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards, including informed consent practices. Deliver culturally sensitive care that respects diverse backgrounds and individual needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. If you're a compassionate clinician who values teamwork and patient-centered care, this position in Winchester offers a focused opportunity to make a real difference.
