Travel position with flexible assignments tailored to facility needsDesired Qualifications:
Active physical therapy license (or eligibility) in New Jersey Recent experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings Strong skills in patient evaluation and care planning Familiarity with regulatory, documentation, and compliance standards Effective communicator with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teamsKey Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients, develop/modify treatment plans, and monitor progress Design function-based rehabilitation to support effective community reintegration Delegate and direct therapy services as needed for assigned patients Provide patient/family education and mentorship for students and colleagues Maintain thorough and timely documentation and ensure compliance with all policies Model superior quality, teamwork, and results-oriented care in accordance with core values Ensure a safe care environment and actively participate in safety initiativesBenefits and Perks:
