Position Summary:

We are seeking a licensed, motivated Physical Therapist to join our team for evening shifts, with opportunities for some flexible day hours. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their schedule or gradually transition into a full-time position. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, hands-on, and evidence-based approaches
• Create and update comprehensive care plans and documentation
• Communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and team members
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work environment
• Participate in clinic initiatives and contribute to quality-of-care improvements
• Qualifications
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• Availability for evening hours and occasional day shifts
• CPR certification
• Selected applicants will be asked to complete a short questionnaire to further assess fit and initiative.

Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations. Utilize various therapeutic techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility. Educate patients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and home community care strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, progress notes, and care plans in compliance with medical standards. Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practices. Proficiency in physical therapy techniques, particularly in outpatient setting Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their treatment options. Compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on rehabilitation and recovery outcomes.
