Job Description
Job Overview As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You'll work alongside a team that values clinical excellence, compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment. Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes. Accurately document patient care using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools. Foster meaningful relationships with patients, teammates, and referral partners. Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current or eligible Physical Therapist license. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
