Mana Pelvic Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for a one-on-one specialty role with mentorship, paid pelvic health training, private treatment rooms, and room to grow. Pelvic health experience is welcome, but not required. New grads, orthopedic PTs, early-career PTs, and experienced pelvic health clinicians are all welcome to apply. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, curious, clinically motivated, and excited to build a career in a meaningful specialty. If you already have pelvic health experience, this role also offers room to grow into mentorship, program development, clinical leadership, or future site leadership as Mana Pelvic Health expands. Why this role is different Most physical therapy jobs are built around productivity, volume, and rushing from patient to patient. Mana is built differently. You will treat patients one-on-one in private treatment rooms, with time to listen, educate, build trust, and help people feel safe discussing symptoms they may have been embarrassed, dismissed, or frustrated about for years. This is not a high-volume clinic role. It is a quality-focused specialty role for someone who wants to become excellent at helping people with deeply personal, life-changing problems.

What you may help patients with Depending on your training, comfort level, and clinical development, you may help patients with: Pregnancy and postpartum recovery Return to exercise after pregnancy Return to running after birth Pelvic pain Pain with intimacy Bladder urgency, frequency, or leakage Bowel dysfunction and constipation Core and hip dysfunction Diastasis recti Orthopedic and sports-related pelvic health concerns Confidence returning to work, parenting, fitness, and intimacy You will not be thrown into complex pelvic health cases before you are ready. Your caseload will progress gradually with training, mentorship, and support. Who we're looking for You may be a great fit if you: Are licensed, or eligible for licensure, as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey Are a new grad, orthopedic PT, early-career PT, or experienced pelvic health clinician Are interested in pelvic health, women's health, postpartum care, pain, bladder/bowel health, sexual health, orthopedic rehab, or sports rehab Are comfortable having sensitive conversations with warmth and professionalism Care deeply about patient trust, safety, and dignity Want to develop a specialty rather than stay in a generic PT role Communicate clearly and compassionately Are open to mentorship, feedback, and continued learning Want to be part of a growing team instead of feeling isolated Are interested in future leadership opportunities as the company expands Prior pelvic health coursework or experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
